88h's Terms and Conditions – Know before you register

1 Introduction & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to the 88h platform (https://88h.im) and all associated services, applications, and products. 88h is an internationally licensed online gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh.

2 Account Register

3 Age Limit & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on 88h. Account registration by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited. If any age verification discrepancy is found, the account will be closed and any funds held will be forfeited.

The following individuals are not eligible to open an account with 88h:

• Any person under the age of 18
• Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is legally prohibited
• Users whose accounts were previously closed due to rule violations
• 88h employees and their immediate family members

4 Deposits & Payments

Deposits on 88h can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200, and the maximum single deposit limit varies by account tier. All deposits are accepted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Deposits are generally credited to your account within 5–15 minutes

5 Withdrawal Policy

11 Limitation of Liability

88h is not liable for the following:

• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment services
• Faults or security vulnerabilities on your own device
• Temporary service interruptions due to unexpected technical issues
• Any loss resulting from sharing your account details with a third party

In any circumstance, 88h's maximum liability to you is limited to the amount of your most recent deposit.
